Fixed rate mortgages give your client the assurance of knowing their interest rate will stay the same for a set period.

Offset Fixed Rate Mortgage

With our offset fixed rate mortgage, your client can choose to offset their Intelligent Finance savings and / or current account.


Key features of these mortgages:

  • No limit on the amount you can offset.
  • Interest calculated on the basis of daily balances - to give your client a consistently good deal.
  • Overpayments - your client can make unrestricted overpayments. Bear in mind that if your client repays their mortgage in full within the fixed rate period, early repayment charges will apply.
  • For all remortgages we will pay our own legal fees.
  • Depending on your clients remortgage choice, we will also refund the standard valuation fee. If we do so, a contribution of £330 will need to be repaid if your clients redeem their mortgage on or before 01.09.10
  • Portable - your client can carry forward the special rate to a mortgage on a new property for the remainder of the special rate period.
